Upgrade & Modernize
Elevator Modernization
Extend the life of your building's vertical transportation with expert modernization services from Empower Elevator.
When Repairs Aren't Enough
Elevator modernization is essential for maintaining the efficiency, safety, and appeal of your building. As equipment ages, it often requires more frequent repairs and can pose safety risks. Upgrading your system improves performance, enhances energy efficiency, and aligns with current safety standards.
Elevator systems can require significant updates every 20 years to maintain safe and reliable operation. While modernization costs more than a single unexpected repair, it is usually far less expensive than the ongoing cost of maintaining an aging system — and it improves unpredictable outages, parts availability issues, and emergency repair fees.
Modernized buildings also command higher rents and more desirable tenants, increasing the overall value of your property.
We provide and install non-proprietary equipment. This enables building owners to have a choice of service provider and is an alternative to OEM's equipment that binds buildings owners to them for service.
